5:00 to 6:00 p.m. - Bayou Bites (family friendly)
7:00 to 8:30 p.m. - Friday Night Drink Making Contest (21+)

NM Craft Spirits Showcase
Experience the best of craft spirits from Red River Brewing Company and throughout New Mexico at our 2nd Annual Craft Spirits Showcase! Inside the Red River Conference Center from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. you'll have the opportunity to sample these delicious spirits, cocktails, and even purchase your favorite tasty beverage and take some home to family and friends! We are thrilled to be highlighting the amazing craft spirits from our state and can't wait for you to join us.
Mardi Gras Main Street Parade
Join us for the Mardi Gras Main Street Parade, brought to you by the Red River Chamber of Commerce and the New Mexico Distiller's Guild. Have you been dreaming of having a float in a parade? How about getting your truck or OHV all gussied up and showing it off? Do you just love parades? Well, no matter what you said—you are in luck.
We'll be awarding prizes for:
